Lookopticgift ships orders to customers within the United States mainland. We keep the shipping process simple: free shipping, clear processing times, and tracking when the carrier provides it.
Shipping area
We ship only to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Orders placed with a shipping address outside this area cannot be accepted.

Shipping is free for all eligible orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.
The total estimated delivery time is calculated as:
Processing time (1–2 business days) + Transit time (3–5 business days) = 4–7 business days.
Delivery notes
Please provide a complete and accurate street address at checkout. If the carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, the shipment will be returned to us. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number on your order.
If tracking does not update within 3 business days after shipment, contact us at info@lookopticgift.my with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and provide the next available update.
