These Terms of Service govern your use of lookopticgift.my and your purchases from Lookopticgift. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We sell reading glasses, progressive readers, and sunglasses. Reading glasses and progressive readers are non-prescription products. They are not medical devices and do not replace an eye exam or prescription eyewear. If you have a medical eye condition, contact a qualified eye care professional.
Product images are displayed as accurately as possible. Colors, frame finishes, and lens appearance can vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting. Magnification strengths and frame styles are shown on each product page.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we received it. This confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted. We accept the order when it enters processing. We can refuse or cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- The shipping address is outside the 48 contiguous United States
- Payment cannot be verified
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
- A pricing or product description error is found
If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
4. Prices, payment, and fees
Prices are shown on the website in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. There are no hidden fees added at checkout.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. If a payment fails, the order is not processed.
5. Shipping
We ship only to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and complete. Returns are sent by mail. Contact info@lookopticgift.my to receive return instructions and a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free. No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or payment provider usually posts the refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Website use
You agree to use the website lawfully. You will not:
- Submit false or misleading order information
- Use another person’s payment method without permission
- Attempt to interfere with website security
- Copy, scrape, or resell website content without written permission
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
We can suspend or cancel access to the website if these rules are broken.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and page design, belongs to Lookopticgift or is used with permission. You may not copy or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Disclaimer
Our products are sold for personal use. Reading glasses, progressive readers, and sunglasses are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any eye condition. Sunglasses reduce glare and bright light; do not look directly at the sun through any eyewear.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lookopticgift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or product use. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Lookopticgift against claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or violation of another person’s rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
13. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms when needed. The updated version is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
