The amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. Shipping is free. There are no additional fees added at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our website. When you pay with PayPal, PayPal handles your payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
If a payment fails, the order will not be processed. You can try again with the same payment method or use another accepted method. If you believe a payment was charged but the order was not confirmed, contact us at info@lookopticgift.my with your order number and payment receipt.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used for the order. After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider usually posts it within 7–10 business days.
